BETTER SCHEDULE. BETTER PAY.

YOUR DAY. YOUR WAY.

One thing we do well is listen. Over our 15 years of staffing experience, we’ve heard loud and clear what matters the most to our employees. Things like better work-life balance, ongoing training and career development and the freedom to have more control over shifts and schedules.

HIRING & PLACEMENT

Deciding to work with a staffing agency or a healthcare facility is a big decision. But we’re here to make it easy. At Direct Care Staffing, we work less like an agency and more like a partner – a partner that’s here to help you build a career you love.

  • INTERVIEW

Your role as a healthcare professional is important. And so is your on-the-job happiness. That's why every candidate goes through an in-depth interview and verification process to help us determine where your skills and experience fit best.

  • TRAINING

Before being placed, we offer certification for CPR and bloodborne pathogens handling training at no cost to you. Then we jump head first with an in-office orientation to help make sure you’re ready for anything when you start your first and every shift.

  • SCHEDULING

When a position opens, we call to let you know. Then we leave it up to you to decide if it fits your life and schedule. Want more hours? Let us know. We'll put you at the top of our list.

  • DEVELOPMENT

Once you start, the relationship with Direct Care Staffing doesn’t end. We’re here to help, offering a 90-day evaluation, plus twice yearly evaluations going forward. We also help track your license status and provide training to make sure you’re always well-trained and in compliance.

A CAREER WITH BENEFITS.

When you partner with Direct Care Staffing, you’ll enjoy some of the best benefits in the business:

  • Health Insurance—Medical, Dental and Vision
